Brimms A Catering Co

Owners, Marnie and Andy Brimm learned their trade from growing up in a family of foodies. Starting with Austin’s Restaurant  which opened in Incline Village in 1991, their love affair with food & ultimately each other has since blossomed into Incline Village’s most popular caterers.

For the Brimm’s, food has not only become their livelihood but their passion. In fact, Andy always says, “We eat our way through our vacations!” They have since become the exclusive caterers for the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival at Sand Harbor. During the winter, they operate both food and beverage for Snowflake Lodge at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. As Andy’s dad, Doug always says, “We do food well, or rare if you would like!”
