Truckee local's, Matty and Adele McInnis have owned and managed The Mill Juice Shop since 2018 after being long-time and frequent visitors. Matty and Adele became inspired by The Mill and began creating their own juice at home, coming up with fun recipes and trying out new produce as much as possible. So when Adele was searching for a new professional adventure where she could share her love of juicing with her community, The Mill immediately came to mind. You can now find Adele at The Mill six days a week consulting her customers on how to use cold-pressed juice, elixirs and power-packed blended bowls to treat anything from sore muscles to fatigue to colds.
The McInnis's live in Truckee with their 5-year old son, Cru and 3-year old daughter, Maven as well as a crew of furry children and can often be found at the Truckee Bike Park or hitting the slopes together.
