Uncorked Truckee

One of the greatest things about wine is it brings people together. This is our story.

Uncorked Squaw was established in February of 2007. Over the next few years, Soupa, Uncorked Tahoe City, Petra Restaurant & Uncorked Truckee followed. Chris and Kelsey Barkman are co-owners and the operating partners for the five businesses, in partnership with Kaliope Kopley, Marc Metcalf & Debbie Metcalf. Last but not least is Jack Barkman, who has become the Uncorked mascot!

We are independently owned. The five of us came together by our shared passion and love for wine, food & North Lake Tahoe! Chris & Kelsey Barkman have an extensive background in food and wine with a strong combined skillset that’s ideal for the businesses. Collectively our goal remains the same. To provide unique and interesting wines, that are farmed mindfully, along with great food to the North Lake Tahoe Region and to continue being a gathering spot for the community that we give back to.
